In unserem Produkt-Portfolio befinden sich drei manuelle Absackanlagen für Offensäcke: SCALPAC-G, SCALPAC-B, SCALPAC-S. Alle drei Absackanlagen sind für bis zu 1200 Säcke pro Stunde ausgerichtet und unterscheiden sich nur durch die verwendeten Nettowaagen. Je nach abzufüllendem Produkt wird eine Nettowaage mit Schwerkraft-, Band- oder Schneckendosierng gewählt. Vorgefertigte Offensäcke aus gewebtem PP, PE oder Papier werden von einem Mitarbeiter auf die Füllklemme aufgesteckt und befestigt. Sobald der Sack fixiert wurde, fließt das verwogene Produkt in den Sack. Über ein Förderband wird der befüllte Sack zu einer Sackverschließmaschine transportiert, die den Sack je nach Material vernäht, verschweißt oder heiß verklebt. Für frei fließende Schüttgüter wird eine Nettowaage mit Schwerkraftdosierung gewählt. Moderat fließende Produkte werden über eine Banddosierung zugeführt. Für feine und pulvrige Produkte eignet sich die Schneckenzufuhr am besten. Die FFS-Combi Variante der Offensack-Verpackungsmaschinen hat, wie der Name vermuten lässt, ein zusätzliches FFS-Modul und erlaubt somit Säcke nicht nur aus dem Sackmagazin zu verwenden, sondern auch Säcke vom Folienschlauch herzustellen. Bei den Offensackverpackungsmaschinen sind der CERTOPAC und der PRINCIPAC als FFS-Combi Variante erhältlich. Auch beim Verpackungskarussell CIRCUPAC ist das zusätzliche FFS-Modul möglich. Die Umstellung vom Sackmagazin auf die Herstellung der Säcke vom Folienschlauch erfolgt einfach und unkompliziert über das Bedienpanel. Der Prozess des Befüllens ist bei beiden Varianten ident. Die Säcke werden entweder aus dem Sackmagazin vereinzelt oder vom Folienschlauch hergestellt und zum Ablagetisch befördert. Dort wird der Sack auf die Füllklemme aufgesteckt, befüllt und auf das Transportband gesetzt. Von dort geht es zur Sackverschlussmaschine, die den Sack je nach Material vernäht, verschweißt oder heißverklebt.

Die Twin Variante der Offensackverpackungsmaschinen vereint zwei Sack-Aufstecker und zwei Füllstationen in einer Maschine. Zwei STATEC BINDER Hochleistungs-Waagen sorgen dafür, dass das Produkt genau dosiert und verwogen wird. Ist das gewünschte Gewicht erreicht, öffnet der Wiegebehälter und das Produkt fließt in den aufgesteckten Sack an der Füllklemme. Eine Hochleistungs-Sackverschlussmaschine ermöglicht das schnelle Vernähen, Verschweißen oder Verkleben der Säcke. Depending on the product to be filled, a net weigher with gravity, belt or screw feeding is used. Prefabricated open-mouth bags made of woven PP, PE or paper are attached to the filling clamp and fixed by an employee. As soon as the bag is fixed, the weighed product flows into the bag. A conveyor belt transports the filled bag to a bag closing machine, which sews, seals or hot-glues the bag depending on the material. For free-flowing bulk materials, a net weigher with gravity feeding is selected. Moderately flowing products are fed via a belt feeder. For fine and powdery products, the screw feeder is best suited. The high-performance sewing machine from STATEC BINDER stands for precise and reliable bag sealing of woven PP, paper or PE bags. Two different variants can be used for sewing the bags. On the one hand there is the straight-line bag infeed, in which the bag is fed to the sewing head by means of a belt drive and then sewn at the upper end. The second variant is the bag edge folding, in which the bag is folded at the upper end when it is pulled in and then sewn. In order to change from one system to the other, it is only necessary to replace a simple device. The bag to be sewn is fed to the sewing machine via one of the two variants mentioned above. Depending on the sewing speed and performance, the stitch length is between 7 and 12 mm. A cutter at the end cuts the thread. The sewing head is driven by a motor with frequency converter. A big advantage over the drive via belt pulleys is a more precise adjustment of the speed. The high-performance high-level palletizer PRINCIPAL-H is capable of palletizing up to 2400 bags or cartons per hour. The fast high-level palletizer is equipped with an empty pallet magazine and an outfeed system. A bag flattener at the beginning ensures that the bags are “in shape” for stacking. Flexible layer patterns are made possible by a servomotor-driven overhead rotating device that rotates the bags to the required position. For example, the bags can be positioned so that the bag seams point inwards or barcodes can be read from the outside. A well-structured layer pattern is guaranteed by the synchronous belt drive of the layer pusher, which enables the exact positioning of the bags or boxes, and the motor-driven front and side shifters, which ensure a stable and right-angled layer. The CERTOPAC and PRINCIPAC open-mouth bagging machines are available as FFS-Combi Versions. The additional FFS module is also available for the CIRCUPAC bagging carousel. The changeover from the bag magazine to the production of bags from the tubular film is simple and convenient on the operating panel. The filling process is identical for both variants. The bags are either separated from the bag magazine or produced from tubular film and conveyed to the pick-up station. There the bag is put onto the filling spout, filled, and placed on the conveyor belt. From there it is transported to the bag closing machine, which sews, seals, or glues the bag depending on the material.

The high-performance bagging carousel CIRCUPAC has been specially developed for the packaging of flour and powdery products in pillow bags and gusset bags with a filling weight of 10 kg to 50 kg. The CIRCUPAC is ideal for filling prefabricated open mouth bags made of woven PP, PE or paper. The special feature of the packaging machine is the continuously rotating carousel: All components are precisely matched to each other, so that the entire process is carried out without a start-stop system. A maximum output of up to 1200 bags per hour can be achieved. All movements are controlled by an intelligent master servo motor controller and are precisely coordinated with each other. An extended filling time by six filling stations as well as the constant compression of the product by special vibration plates result in a well-filled bag. The Twin Version of the open-mouth bagging machine combines two bag placers and two filling stations in one machine. Two STATEC BINDER high-performance net weighers ensure that the product is precisely dosed and weighed. When the required weight is reached, the weigh hopper opens and the product flows into the attached bag at the filling spout. A high-performance bag closing machine enables fast sewing, sealing, or gluing of the bags. The high performance of the Twin Version is achieved by always separating two bags simultaneously, transporting them to the pick-up station, fixing them onto the filling spout, filling them, and placing them on the conveyor belt. The bags are then transported one after the other to the bag closing machine. For example, the PRINCIPAC-Twin can handle up to 2400 bags per hour with a filling weight between 10 kg and 50 kg.

The high-performance robot palletizer PRINCIPAL-R, an articulated arm robot palletizing system, is always offered as a customer-specific solution with renowned industrial robot manufacturers and STATEC BINDER know-how. Depending on the required performance, different robot models are used. The gripper is also adapted to the respective application. A special feature of the PRINCIPAL-R is that it has been optimized for sling bags. As standard, jointed-arm robots with 4 axes and a rotation of up to 360° in the R-axis are used. The patented bag closing system “Over Tape Bag Sealer” from STATEC BINDER seals woven polypropylene (PP) bags airtight. A woven PP tape is used for a reliable and secure closure. If necessary, the bags can also be sewn. Both pillow bags and gusset bags can be securely closed. This sealing technology facilitates the handling of dusty and odour-intensive products of the food and feed industry. During operation, the filled bags are transported to and from the bag closing system via a conveyor belt. A sensor detects the position of the bag and automatically puts it into the trimming area. After cutting the top edge of the bag a woven PP tape is applied over the open edge of the bag to seal it with hot air. The hot air to seal the bag airtight and odourless is produced by a heating unit in the machine. Moderat fließende sowie pulvrige und feine Produkte werden eher mit Band- oder Schneckendosierung verwogen, während freifließende Schüttgüter meist mit einer Schwerkraftdosierung verwogen werden. Die Hochleistungs-Nähmaschine von STATEC BINDER steht für präzisen und sicheren Sackverschluss von gewebten PP-, Papier- oder PE-Säcken. Für das Vernähen der Säcke können zwei verschiedene Varianten eingesetzt werden. Zum einen gibt es die geradlinige Sackeinführung, bei der der Sack dem Nähkopf mittels Riemenantrieb zugeführt und anschließend am oberen Ende vernäht wird. Die zweite Variante ist die Sackrandumfaltung, bei der der Sack beim Einzug am oberen Ende gefaltet und anschließend erst vernäht wird. Der zu vernähende Sack wird der Nähmaschine über eine der beiden oben genannten Varianten zugeführt. Abhängig von Nähgeschwindigkeit und -leistung liegt die Stichlänge zwischen 7 und 12mm. Ein Abschneider am Ende trennt den Faden. Der Nähkopfantrieb erfolgt über einen Motor mit Frequenzumrichter. Großer Vorteil gegenüber dem Antrieb über Riemenscheiben ist eine präzisere Anpassung der Geschwindigkeit.
